Alright my father in law found a Toyota CT-26 Turbo in almost new condition and I am wanting to install it in my 5sfe celica and I was wondering if I really need to swap the head and go 5sgte? Or is it possible in low boost (about 4-9) applications, because if so in theory all I would have to is get a manifold made and then the normal turbo stuff; wastegate, intercoolers, oil lines, oil pan, 315 green injectors, etc.

Has anyone seen it done or done it themselves?

im using the FIC because I already had it. I would love to go stand alone and I will eventually. Since i have an AEM for my All-trac, im going to build an actual 5S-GTE. using the 3S-GTE head should work because that is what the AEM is expecting.

I was thinking out going the route with the piggy back msd btm 5462 and a tach adapter. But I've decided that I'm going to go 5S-FTE instead of 5S-GTE.
