 Headlight adjustments how to do it? |

My car failed the yearly test due to the headlight aimed to low to the ground. I found one big screw to adjust them but they do about nothing, are there other ways to adjust the hight of the lights (except from inside the car

Are there more screws then the big one to adjust the height? Cause that one does nothing so i'm afraid the adjustment of the headlicht is broke
