I have a camry -87 5s bottom And parts from a celica st202 As it looks now i´m going to use the 5s block and crank Bottom end: I have special orderd rods to fit the size of the 5s crank. CP pistons 87,5mm stroker pistons Clevite bearings St202 Oilpan, st205 oilpump ST205 waterpump and waterpumphouse. Top: st202 top, machined with ferrea 1mm oversize valves sport plus Polished under and ported to the biggervalves Brian crover titan retainers and harder springs Kelfordcamshafts, 272intake 300exhaust Turbo system I´m going to use the wrc st205 manifold and use the antilag ports to an external wastegate, the make an adapter from the ct flange to the t4 twin entry that the Schwitzer/borg warner s254 from svenskturboservice (turboservice.se) uses... Its able to produce more then 500-600bhp. 3" downpipe custom Fuel: 1600cc rc engineering injectors custom fuelrail 12,6mm innerdiameter 2 walbro 255l/h Nuke FPR Link ecu G4 ems Powdercoated engineparts and . Very nice build mate! Did you finally take pictures of your external wastegate routing? I'd love to see it done
How loud are the walbros together, is it that bad? I listened carefully in your dyno video but it's hard to tell when the engine is running. Is it really annoying when running or do you only hear them at idle? |

After i hade this tread I installed a Walbro GST450 in my tank, i used the old pressure side from the tank as an return, and installed a 1/2" alupipe to the front with an8 the last bit. Here are pictures of the done manifold. But now i´m building a new manifold in stainless steel and with a 46mm wastegate. -------------------- Mikael /// Sweden

Wow, the wastegate piping is sweet! Love the OEM look But all this work to finally replace this for a SS manifold? A lot of efforts sent straight to trash haha This post has been edited by dudeofchaos: Jan 28, 2014 - 6:06 PM |

Wow, the wastegate piping is sweet! Love the OEM look But all this work to finally replace this for a SS manifold? A lot of efforts sent straight to trash haha The pump fits good in the tank. I used a hoseclamp to tighten the pump in the oem place. But i needed bigger hoses for the pressure side, i did drill a new hole throgh to the tank and installed a 90degrees fitting and installed 1/2" alupipes all the way under the car. then used to old pressure pipes a return to the tank and shifted hoses on the top. It works great for my 600 engine HP on e85 If it is a gen3 tb, did you keep the IACV and cut a notch in the manifold or eliminate the IACV ? I use the gen3 manifold and use the Idle motor in it. but i do not have any water connected to it just controlling it with my Link ECU. hope this answers your question. -------------------- Mikael /// Sweden
