so a pretty good weekend... because got stuff done, i dont recommend this by the average DIY, if you have no good tools you can be SOL...
for the arms, this was the problem... getting the rubber out was ok, but the metal sleeves were also frozen... so  basically i use a saw to cut inside and weaken the sleeve  and press it out.. i tried just pressing it out, but it was not working.. i kept slipping...  and here it is..  then i marked each piece so i remember where it goes. kinda braille (see those 2 dots)  at the end of the day, today, all pieces were ready for treatment... after fighting with the last frozen bolt in the spindle  in between, i took the chance to finish the seats in the rear... i dont reuse the hog pins, i keep very JDM, zip ties...   'yes some pop corn is good.... and then after some scotch guard spray.. they look clean!! have to do the driver seat...  no rush to work on the suspension, as the bolts have not even shipped yet..... at the end of the day, damage to the press...  -------------------- Learned a lot in 10 years...
