Since today, every time I brake firmly there is a single 'click' that comes from the drivers side wheels..

It doesn't click if I do a slow or gentle brake, only when it's a bit more firm.. I've tried in both forward and reverse and it does it..

Would anyone know what It could be?

Brake pads moving or ball joint?

Thanks

I agree you should make the sure the Guide bolts are in good shaped/properly lubed, but on a side note if your using Semi-metallic pads they tend to be noisier than other materials, I used to run them and every so often I'd get this tiny creak/ping when I started braking.
