 3sgte No Boost & hesitation, 35 & 43 CEL's |

2nd gen 3sgte swap is hesitating and won't boost.
Got 3 codes - 35, 43 & 71. MAP sensor, Starter sensor & EGR valve. Retried removing MAP, no change. Replace MAP sensor, no change. No EGR since swap, hasn't been a problem, understand code 71. Starter sensor? Could be causing rough startup as it says its not feeding a signal to the fuel pump. OK, but car starts fine. No boost, not in any gear, not free reving, never. I can hear the turbo spool but nothing. VAC/Boost sensor only gets to 0. Perhaps wastegate stuck open? Bad ECU? no major upgrades (fmic), should be in-time, only 12k miles on the swap. rebuilt engine has been running great, no overheating, no other abnormalities. take a look at the wastegate actuator, see if it moves freely. try to pull it in. you could also blow air into the vacuum port and see if it opens.
