 door courtesy light wont come on when doors open |

ok, got a weird problem. if i open my trunk or passenger door, the courtesy lights on both doors some on. But, if i open my drivers door, the drivers side courtesy light wont come on. any suggestions? just installed leds in there and want it to work correctly.
also, when taking out my seats i found a connector under my seats with a wire plugged up into it. what is that for? many thanks |

Flip the LED, it's polarity matters.
Was the wire plugged into the seat? Oops, you mentioned it works if you open the passenger door... Does it indicate on the dash that a door is opened? -------------------- |
