when you have a bigger spark the gas will burn cleaner resulting in more HP. you wont notice a difference unless you have also altered other parts of the car and your stock ignition cant keep up.

Heheh.... not always. Increased spark does burn fuel better, but will also increase residual heat in the combustion chamber, which can lead to detonation. Also, with such low compression and flow/intake ability, most 5SFE/7AFE motors will see ZERO gains from a fancy ignition system. I don't know how many times this has been said really, but ignition upgrades are not and should not be conisdered a performance upgrade especially on mildy tuned n/a motors. It will make noticeable differences, say if you're running carbs, or have a very built all-motor set-up, or running a turbo... but for the USDM 6th gen celicas...

The only difference you'll feel, is if your original equipment is old and when replaced with new stuff... performs slighty better, however, ignition systems don't INCREASE HP... they just free up slightly what's already there... like new stock equipment.
