Hi guys quick question here for ya. I have 94 celica gt. I have a very slight to the point you can't notice at 60mph steering wheel wiggle back and forth. Then when I get on the interstate at 70-75 mph it is more noticeable but not horrible I could live with it I just would like it to be rock steady at 70mph on long trips.... Any things I should look for ? I have new polyurethane mounts in both wishbones so I am not sure what else to check. I can tell you this....

-I do have 17" wheels on close to 1" spacers for a couple of years now, camber has been adjusted so I don't burn off the inside edge of the tires like I originally did when I first added the spacers. Tires should be balanced correctly as I have 2 sets winter tires and summer that both do the same thing.

-Are there any other rubber mounts that need to be checked that could cause this?

-Any worn parts that could cause it?

Any ideas???

Thanks....

Brandon

Had the same thing in mine. But after a while it got VERY bad. Ended up being dry CV joints. Pulled the CV boots back and squeezed a grease pack into the inner CV and another in the outter and pulled the boots back. Prick of a job but did the trick. last 18 months with no issues. A local garage may do the job for about an hours labour.
