as long as you have a good working cat in place, and the car is tuned properly, there is no reason that you shouldnt be able to pass a sniffer tailpipe test.
now, visually, depending on how strict your state laws are, they may fail you just because of the mods. that said, the 5s, when its in good working order with good cats, tend to blow decently clean. provided you have decent tuning software, (IE: not an safcII or similar piggyback) and can get a good clean tune in it, it should be pretty easy to get the car to blow clean enough to pass, even if you had to create a specific map just for the test..they should never see boost while they test it, so any decent tuner should be able to get it to blow nice n clean without too much hassle. -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)
