It's pre-set for an n/a build... but change the pistons and you got yourself a turbo prepped block... however... it's still just a re-built 5SFE block with some upgraded pistons/rods. You can get a rebuilt engine probably cheaper than that... or even better, do it yourself and learn a bit about things yourself. Knowledge is power ya know...

Knowledge is power yes, but what you are forgetting is that this type of knowledge can be costly...
