I'm in the market for some new motor mounts, and after searching on toyodiy, I can't exactly pinpoint which mounts I need. The car is a 95 Celica GTS, 5SFE, Manual trans, and I'm looking to replace the front mount, as well as the rear dreaded trans mount.
After Looking on toyodiy, I've come up with the following part numbers: BRACKET, ENGINE MOUNTING, FRONT(FOR TRANSVERSE ENGINE): 12311-74180 BRACKET, ENGINE MOUNTING, REAR(FOR TRANSVERSE ENGINE): 12321-74320 Source: http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/p_U_1995_TOYO...LMGKK_1107.html However, there's also a bunch of other things listed under Engine Mounting, like Insulator assemblies and Stabilizers. And after searching on Rock Auto, they have front and rear mounts for a standard transmission from multiple brand names, however none seem to match with the above listed mounts. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to what I need? Also, is there a brand that should be preferred over another? Or would it be best to go with an OEM mount from toyota?
