So apparently I'm generating excess blowby. I spewed a little oil through my dipstick last night when I hit ~8.5psi.
Currently, I have PCV and Crankcase vent on the valve cover both routed into the atmosphere. I am going to connect the PCV back to how the factory intended. The only issue is it will raise my idle a bit because it will suck in "unmetered" air through the valve cover vent. However, I was thinking about routing the valve cover breather to a catch can, and route that to the turbo. I have a catch can already, and a few feet of line. I just need to drill and tap my turbo intake for a hose fitting. How have you turbo guys routed your PCV system? I made a Tee off to the PCV and a Vacuum block for the BOV.
I also made a catch can with a breather. One port to the valve cover, one port to the turbo intake. Let's see how it works. This is basically what I did. I used 5/16" hose from the breather to the catch can, and from the catch can to the turbo. I used 11/32" hose from the tee at the intake manifold to the vacuum block, and 5/16 to the PCV. All hose connections are clamped with fuel hose clamps. May need to replace with worm gear clamps.
