My 95 Celica brake pedal has been going all the way down . I'm hoping it is not a faulty master cylinder. The brakes are good. Recently bleed all four of them, but the brake pedal still goes all the way down. So I'm wondering if I have to cycle the abs if so is there a way I can do it with out taking it to the dealer? Sorry if there's a thread on this I couldn't find one with my problem.

if the master cylinder was bad you'd probably have more of a pedal doesn't want to push down, or pedal doesn't come back up kind of problem.
if the pedal goes too far to the floor and you don't have stopping power you more likely have air in the system or some kind of leaky calipers.
bleeding the system has to be done just right or they won't work well enough. and you need a friend to help you, unless you have some expensive tools they would have at a shop.

I would not recommend the "one man" procedure or the "gravity" method unless your a super pro. I would rather do the old fashioned "get your buddy to help" method as shown here.

also you must start from the Longest brake line (passenger rear) and work toward the shortest line (driver front).

mine has an abs system and there was no need to mess with it at all even when we replaced the master cylinder. however, if you let the fluid get too low while bleeding the system you may need to bleed the master cylinder as well.
