I've been doing some looking and most of the sites for a 3sgte seem shady. Any personal experiences dealing with this stuff? Can anybody recommend a site that isn't dedicated to screwin people over? Thanks!

Yep, just make sure you're buying from a seller with good feedback. Also I would rebuild an engine regardless of what the seller states the condition is.
