i got some leds but it hyoer flashes now i could buy the resistor but i hear about i fuse or relay not sure and not sure which one it is

I should elaborate.
With the "LED Relay" plugged in, nothing works flasher-wise. Turns or hazards. With the factory relay plugged in, the hazards hyper-blink and the turns turn on and buzz. -------------------- |
