Gonna be swapping very soon, already have EVERYTHING except the engine itself which ill be getting in the next 2 or 3 weeks.
my car is lowered (slammed) and I only have about 3 inches of clearance under car. Im thinking of moving the cats up towards the front or just deleting them, and then doing 3 inch exhaust tucked into the driveshaft tunnel that goes to a y pipe that splits up into 2 inch dual exhaust for the back half of the car, that way I can go over the rear suspension and have 2 small mufflers that won't get torn off if I hit a bump. Your thoughts? -------------------- |

you do realize that the turbo it self is a restriction. even if it was a straight pipe it wouldn't be all that loud, plus back pressure on a boosted car is a big deal. its nothing like a n/a car, the turbo needs to exhaust the gasses as easily as it takes air in other wise your thoughts of ''boosting your balls off'' will not work.. and if your looking for people with knowledge, this site if full of great people with a lot of experience and knowledge.
