swap from 7a to 3sge Options

Hello people I got a question I have at200 celica and I want to improve the torque just for gas I don't care about maximum speed does it worth to buy full swap 3sge acis (with EGR on it) for what I want or i will re-fuel the tank all the time for nothing ? Cause the manual says that gains 178hp at 7000RPM (lol?)Before I buy my celica I get ride with one gt version acis 3sge but doesn't surprise me at all....other cause .can I improve the 7afe To FTE or Webber e.t.c what you suggest me? I was almost buy full swap 3sge acis and when I figured out that it has egr and it gains 178hp at 7000 I did one step back again....

Good morning !
Well I live in Greece and taxes for 2000cc are ridiculous that's why I bought 1.8 buy I wanted for clear car without repaired parts on it its not crashed its like a new ..I found one before I buy this with improved 2nd ecu hks 2.0 GTE full exhaust system but was crashed 3 times by other person to the back the price was overpriced for fwd but on papers was 1.8l .that's what I thought then .its like you open the barrel with no bottom ....it's better to swap GTE than GE right? If I improve 7a does it worth it or it will blow up?
