Has anyone took the gauges apart and scrapped the green "haze" off the back of the gauge faces? Switched to white LEDs and they still have a slight green tint. Also, what type of paint is everyone using to paint their gauge needles red?

Can you please explain where and how you put tiny LEDs to make them red? Did you use red LEDs?
