 s54 quaife, can anyone verify? |

Bought a s54 tranny from a guy in Minnesota. He says it has a quaife. It definitely has an lsd, just want someone familiar with their fair share of differentials to confirm it is in fact a quaife.
If nobody can tell, how hard would it be to crack open that side of the tranny so i can look for a part number or insignia? Not familiar with tranny guts so i would rather not mess anything up. Any other advice or opinions welcome. I know, the e153 viscous diff has a bar just like the s54 open diff. Except the e153 has a thicker bar. This caused a TON of confusion on the forums over the years..
