Has anybody had an experience with something like this? I know it be a variety of things but if you have any familiarity with this, could you please help me! The car drops down to about 100rpm and stays there, but it's completely fine at a stop on the road. I thought that it was because it was cold, but it seems to happen randomly because after various stops and re-ignitions it happens. I already tried turning up the rev thing on the motor so it could "rev at a higher rpm" but it still does it. And it's really annoying. Please help!

I second the notion of checking the IACV and making sure the EGR valve isn't stuck open.

Yup I had this issue but not this drastic. Biggest change was with the EGR, mine was stuck open and it was choking my car with exhaust gas. Made my car run extremely rich. My fuel efficiency was so bad until I took it off and cleaned it.
