 New Shocks options ?? |

Hi Everyone
I need to replace the shocks on my 99 1.8SR. Coilovers are too expensive for me but was thinking if there are any other car models that have the same shocks as my Celica ?? Sorry if this has been asked before, did search but to no avail. As always any help much appreciated. Regards Chica8398 |

The struts are unique to the 6th gen I believe. Perhaps the 5th gen, but really wouldn't be any cheaper and if anything they might cost more.

The 5th gen struts are the same in terms of the bolt holes, size of the strut, but all part numbers are different (toyota, kyb, monroe, etc) which leads me to believe the pressure in the struts is different. Someone please correct me if you know the answer (about the pressure in the strut) because i would definitely like to know since i couldnt find the answer anywhere |
