 spark plug tube removal |

does anyone know the best way to remove the spark plug tubes i can't seem to get them out and I dont want to break them.

got them out!! they were a pain but they screw out I used the extra 30mm nuts I had together. I don't recommend using your good ones because they were ruined by the end of it. I tapped the ends of the tubes with the nuts in place with a mallet to free them up a bit.
