I have a Rack and pinion steering for sale, came out of my 1994 Toyota celica gt. Comes with complete rack, inner and outer tie rods, all joints were very tight when they were on my car.
All the boots are in good shape, This rack did not leak when it was on my car.
Driving down the road it felt smooth when turning.
