Ok i have been reading all the threads and I have a few questions for Dustin and others that have done this.
in Bsamps4 thread he says the fuel pump relay is in this box, in the GT the fuel pump relay is also the Circuit opening relay which is mounted on the ECU. so what do I need to use? also it seems like I have to pull pins from the EA1 on the GT chassis side? or do I just have to add pins to it to support the 3S-GTE EA1 engine side plug? would it be easier to do the harness like I do the 1MZ swap. take both harness' apart and morph them into 1 good harness -------------------- 2001 Celica GT-S Turbo

I ran into the same problem, yes you can close your stock hood over the top mount intercooler, but once you start driving and you open your hood afterwards, your top mounts gonna be pretty scratched up, it will be rubbing against your hood the entire time which is not a good thing, this just gave me an excuse to do the gt-four conversion lol
