Hi I have a 1996 ST204R Celica (Automatic) .
A Camry gearbox from 5sfe engine is much cheaper to buy here. Will it fit and work ok ? Thanks in advance, and sorry if this has been posted before. I am new to the forum. |

Btw. Just to help any others in a similar situation in future, needing new gearbox.
Camry 2000 auto gearbox, asking price $220 (1 month Warranty, ested, out of damaged vehicle 180,000Km) . Celica 1996, same gearbox cheapest price I could find was $250 asking price (7 day return). I got it for $200, mechanic putting it in for me Saturday for 2 hours labour, $40 per hour. |
