Hey everyone
![]() I went to go back my celica in the garage last night and as I walked behind the car I got a strong smell of petrol :s My assumption is the O2 has gone bad (as my fuel consumption has gone up slightly) as well as idle is rough sometimes. How can I easily (and cheaply) diagnos a faulty O2 sensor ? mines a 3sfe Thanks ![]() -------------------- ![]() |

Code 21 is primary O2 sensor, so it's the one in the exhaust manifold or right below it. Which would explain the reduced economy.

The only issue i've just realised is the code i got was from http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=93774 and i've realised that its OBDI - But i may have OBDII? Does that affect anything? -------------------- ![]() |
