 Car won't start after manual swap!!, I'm so close... |

Just got everything back together after doing the manual swap to my 95. Hooked up the battery and tried to fire it up.... no luck. Car cranks over just fine, but will not start. I did switch the ecu with the manual ecu out of a 99 gt. Don't know if that would have anything to do with it or not. It just plugged right in. Can't think of why it won't start. Anyone have any ideas????

However, I'd put my money on it being the crank position sensor. The '99 Celica uses a crankshaft position sensor that your '95 won't have. If it is the crank position sensor, how would I fix that issue? Just swap the ecu back? |
