These are great for high speed braking because they won't cause rotor to shake due to the fact that they apply even pressure across the brake pads. These will bolt onto your McPherson GT brake bracket no problem, but the issue comes in when your want to install your McPherson brake line to it. You can see that the Twin Piston Caliper hole for the Brake line is slightly different. You can use the Mcpherson brake line into your superstrut twin piston caliper, but you'll have to cut off the tab with a dremel tool. (its meant there so line doesn't move while you tighten banjo bolt) Also found out that one caliper is seized on both pistons. Here is the rebuild kit part # 04479-20210. It's about $45-50. Try LITHIA or Conicelli Toyota to order it yea dude its the rebuild kit for the twin piston calipers, which is only specific for these piston size. they are slightly bigger than the 94+ MR2 and slightly smaller than the 94-97 avalon/camry/es300 pistons. perhaps their is an alternative from another car manufacture that i can find here in the states... researching....
