Alright, so my passenger side rear hub seems to be 'bent' or at least it's not centered correctly. And I was looking to replace them with my friends assistance but have an itch to address.

In the discussion of this thread HERE. It was said that the xv10 Camry's rear hub/bearing assembly can bolt onto the Celica's rear; which would mean the rotors would have to be re-drilled to 5x114 to mate with the new hub. Correct?

On eBay:
94-99 Celica Rear Hub/Bearing Assembly- $230
91-96 Camry Rear Hub/Bearing Assembly- $66

I figured since the price difference is relatively large. Than I should go the conversion route smile.gif
Then I wondered if I can buy rotors for a xv10 Camry, would they fit the stock brake caliper?

Upon searching I found this info (unconfirmed):
--------------------------------- 94-99 Celica -------- 91-96 Camry -----
Outside Diameter:-------------- 269mm ----------------- 269mm ---------
-------------Height:------------ 64.6mm ---------------- 64.9mm --------
---------Nom Thick:------------ 8.9mm ----------------- 10mm ----------
----------Min Thick:------------- 8mm --------------------- 9mm -----------
-------Bolt Pattern:------------ 5x100 ------------------- 5x114 ----------

So with such a small difference in Thickness, while still having the same overall Diameter, Would it be possible to utilize the Camry's rear rotor as well?

Can anyone weigh in here?? I really need to fix my rear, because sounding like a wooden rollercoaster is getting old tongue.gif

Old thread but after doing research myself this is what you need for a complete bolt on conversion. It seemed the posts just threw out car models but nothing really exact when you go looking for it. So I hope this helps someone.

FOR 5SFE CELICA GT (7AFE guys, even though originally your front brake rotors are smaller in O.D. this setup works since the fronts use the same wheel bearings, just change everything else. the rear does look like a fit as well) the one thing I am unsure if is how the 7AFE brake calipers look like or if they will fit or be the same. Conversion is the same, calipers is the next question I haven't had time for.

PARTS LIST:

Front
x2 -- 95-2000 2.0L Rav4 5dr Front Wheel Hub and Bearing Assy - Both the Rav4 and Celica share the same bearing (shares with different makes and models actually) so it saves to buy it one shot together if you can - Confirmed Just go to rockauto and click the part number to see what parts share between cars if you want reassurance
x2 -- (If getting the hub and bearing separately, you can get the bearing from this Rav4 or the Celica, doesn't matter.
x2 -- 91-96 XV10 Camry Front Rotor 275mm can be found on the 3.0L listing, be sure because the camry had maybe 3 different rotor diameters. I think there were 288mm, 275mm, and 255mm (which I think is from the 7AFE) so in this case, diameter is important. This might be the reason, the rotor was too small for ilovemysilly97 because there was a smaller size rotor. Rockauto will also list the diameter sizes making it easier for you.

Rear
x2 -- 91-96 XV10 Camry Rear Rotor 269mm can be found from a 2.2L
x2 -- 91-96 XV10 Camry - Complete Rear Wheel Hub and Bearing Assy - becomes complete bolt-on, don't get the module you don't want to piece this part out. Just get the bolt on assembly which includes the bearing, the carrier, and the hub.

Do not just go by the O.D. please continue to read through the whole thread to get an understanding. Again, this is all possible from everyone's input that I've attempted to clarify, fill some missing holes of information, and gain confirmation.

ROTOR COMPARISON: You will notice there has been measurement changes, I got the original celica specs from another post on the forum, however I got actual specs online from Rockauto which is even better for accuracy and comparison and made corrections.

Celica Outer Diameter (Front): 274.828 ~ 275mm (MATCH)
Camry Outer Diameter (Front): 274.828mm considered to be really 275mm (MATCH)
----------
Celica Part Thickness (Front): 28mm < not exactly accurate or complete info but found new info to be 26.0096mm and also 28.067mm which is the (CLOSE MATCH)
Camry Part Thickness (Front): 27.8892mm considered to be really 28mm (CLOSE MATCH)
----------
Celica Height (Front)t: 55mm < actually found new info that it is 49.276 which is (MATCH)
Camry Height (Front): 49.276mm (MATCH)
----------
Celica Outer Diameter (Rear): 268.7 ~ 269mm (MATCH)
Camry Outer Diameter (Rear): 268.859mm considered to be really 269mm (MATCH)
----------
Celica Part Thickness (Rear): 8.9916 ~ 9mm < incorrect original info, I also found new info that it is 10mm (MATCH)
Camry Part Thickness (Rear): 10.033mm Slightly thicker part by 1mm < with new info above (MATCH)
----------
Celica Height (Rear): 55mm < found new info rear rotors are not 55mm rather 64.77mm, 55mm listed originally is incorrect from where I got this on another post (CLOSE MATCH)
Camry Height (Rear): 65.024mm Actually Taller < This is the only difference, however with the new found info of 64.77 it is approximately the same now. (CLOSE MATCH)

NOTE: I'M REALLY GOING TO STRESS THAT YOU NEED TO LOOK AT ALL THESE MEASUREMENTS BEFORE BUYING, I NOTICED DIFFERENT DIAMETERS AND DIFFERENT HEIGHTS, >>>PAY CLOSE ATTENTION<<<.
I AM NOT CONFIDENT ANY LONGER TO SAY GO BY THE OUTER DIAMETER, YOU NEED TO GO BY ALL THE SPECS. BE MINDFUL, IT SEEMS BETWEEN THE BENDIX, WAGNER, AND RAYBESTOS THEY HAVE DIFFERENT SUPPOSED MEASUREMENTS THAT I WAS TO MATCH UP RELATIVELY EXACTLY TO CAMRY ROTORS.
IN A NUTSHELL, THE CAMRY ROTORS ARE CONSIDERED ALMOST IDENTICAL IF NOT EXACT IF YOU USE THESE SPECS.

GLAD TO KNOW 5x114 SWAP IS BOLT-ON, NO MODIFICATION, READY TO GO, PRETTY MUCH IMAGINE ALL YOUR WHEEL BEARINGS GONE BAD AND YOU HAD TO BUY ALL OF THE PARTS, YOU'D HAVE BASICALLY AN AUTOMATIC 5x114 WITHOUT YOU EVEN KNOWING.
