im looking at getting front and rear sway bars hopefully at the same time but if i do get them seperate what should i get first front or rear whos done what and how much did it help hard cornering

Get the front bar first. The Celicas have a tendency to understeer (thanks, FWD), so stiffening up the front will help make the steering a bit more responsive.
Do you have any other suspension upgrades? -------------------- taking too long to mod since '09
