I am looking to buy a bumper for my 1997 Toyota Celica GT. It has to have the fog light cut outs. I am willing to pay shipping as long as it is reasonable.

I have a few pre-facelift (94-95) ones, if you're not hung up on getting a 96+ facelift bumper only. Also have a fiberglass "GT4" replica.

What is different about the pre-facelift ones? Do they have the fog light cut outs? Can you post a picture?

What do you mean fog light cut outs? All of the bumpers for the facelift Celicas (including yours) have fog light cutouts. If a car did not come with fog lights, the cutouts are filled with a piece of black plastic which can be easily removed. 1994 and 1995 have one long oval air dam, and the fog lights just go inside there. 1996 and up have specific cutouts where the foglights go. You can just google each year of Celica to see what bumper style they have.

This is the front end of my car.

It looks like the 94-95 bumper is not only different but if there were fog lights they were a different shape and in a slightly different location than the 96-99. Here are some shots of the 94-95.

The 96-99 have individual the individual fog light cut outs that I am talking about.

After looking at all the pictures, it looks like if I want to keep my fog lights (which I do) I need a 96-99 bumper.
