Just bought a 94 celica 5 speed standard. Don't know engine type or chassis type or transmission type. Has cold air intake. It's a 1.8 4L but want to add a turbo. I want to build a track worthy car. What engine and transmission combo would be best?

like everyone said, a 3s will be alot easier to make power out of.
but if you are set on the 7a, be ready to spend alot more. it's been done before. here's one of my favorite builds: http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=81860 -------------------- ![]() *1997 Celica ST - 3SGE Greytop BEAMS *1977 Celica RA29 - Classic Cruiser *2005 Matrix AWD - dedded but still hanging around like a ghost 2019 Rav4 XLE Premium - Sports mode is fun. |
