Hello I've mad tons of post about my Celica 3sgte gen 4 swap, I finally put it all together and started it in almost done . Unfortunately when I put my axles in and everything else and went to put it into gear the clutch isn't disengaging and letting the car move the slave cylinder and master cylinder is fine I think it's the pressure plate or clutch disk I did buy used .. can someone home me figure out how to tell if it's bad ? Like the pressure plate or clutch disk ? And I kinda was thinking I put the disk in backwards I mean is that possible?? Please help

I have bleed the lines a hundred times, we just unbolted the slave cylinder from the tranny and put the cylinder with the line on it on the fender so we wouldn't have to bleed it . But we bled it anyways and when when the car is off it will go into all gears. When it's on it won't go into gear with the clutch peddle pressed in you have to slam it into gear .. and it grinds but if you slam it into gear it takes off and then dies right away . Somthing is wrong I just need help figuring it out . Someone said to adjust the peddle or it's the pressure plate is bad or clutch is on backwards but I've never heard of that
