I have a bone stock st204 and I cannot for the life of me heel toe in it... is it a common problem? It's almost like the pedal is too short or my feet are too big which has never been a problem in other cars. If there are any fixes or tips you may have please drop them in the comments. Thank you!

First, it doesn't HAVE to be heel and toe specifically, it depends on the vehicle. In some, you roll your foot over and tap the gas pedal with the side of your foot rather than the heel - that's what I do in the celica. I think the heel heel works more for cars like the Porches, where the gas pedal is about 3 times longer and goes from the floor up.
Also, look into replacing the pedal covers. I added the Sparco ones, and they a bit wider and have a little appendix on the gas pedal. That appendix helped me tremendously when I was beginning to learn how to "heel and toe". Still learning though, takes a while. |
