Anyone done this before, I need help, been a few days, been in traffic and on freeway. Last step before getting smog.

You can google "toyota catalyst monitor" and find the exact steps required to complete the monitor.
Don't know about your state, but in NY for vehicles older than 2002 (or something like that), you are allowed to have 1 monitor not complete and still pass the state inspection - as long as the monitor does not fail and there are no CEL, and all other monitors complete. May be worth checking with your state. |
