HI folks,
I drive a decent 95 celica. The problem with the car is every time I dry over a small puddle of water I have trouble turning the steering wheel. It feels like water is being splash under car. I looked a under the car and it still has the splash shield. Any thoughts on what is causing this or how water may be affecting my steering? How can I fix this? Thanks! ok now i believe it to be a power steering belt. it gets wet and slipps, thats why its hard to turn. and cold makes belt squeal too. check the tension on the belt
