Some of you may know some of my celica history already so I try to keep this part short. Bought a 94 celica gt coupe thinking of having a good reliable daily car untill I find something better. After a few days (I mean months) found out it had rod knock so I end up buying a used imported engine with low miles. Also my distributor had failed to so also stalled my time driving her (yes I gave her a girl name for fun) but for the time that had driven her. I had come to enjoy the way she responded to corners.

The JZ motors have their upper and lower oil pans sealed with black FIPG along with the oil pump as there is no gasket available for them at all if it gives you any idea of what route you want to go. A tube of black FIPG usually takes care of the 3 surfaces.
