This is a vey broad and generalized question, but im just curious if you guys think you can get 150 hp out of the GT's 5sfe (not at the wheel, btw), and if so, is it possible with 2 grand? I am still undecided if I'd rather make my suspention setup the focus of my car, or if I should make it swifter... id like to get 20 more hp out of the engine if its possible, as a realistic goal. Anyways, what are some basics that add decent power to the 5sfe? Someone mentioned to me about shaving my block down to raise compresion, but how reliable will my car be, and is that going to even add anything worthwhile without adding more problems? How about port and polishing the cylinder walls? I have no ideas really so ill let you all fire away instead...

http://www.webcamshafts.com/toyota-auto.html A bit more expensive than I remembered. Either way, they reweld your core (meaning stock cams) and regrind them. You can even do a custom profile... If you just want a little more power... just do the basic bolt-on modifications. Head mods are expensive, and can get pretty extreme. -------------------- "It's ok to be naked girl... I'm an artist!"
