What would you guys choose if you had the choice between making your car faster than anything in your area, or making it the best looking car in your area?

thanks for the info. Now i understand, these regulations have been placed in order to make it easier for american car companies to sell their cars and more difficult for foreign companies to sell theirs. this is quite similar to other forms of american business.
thanks for the info about importing a car but i dont need to import one as i already have a gt4 -------------------- GT4 ST205 79 modifications and rising!!
