I wish I'd had my camera on me, but I'll describe this to the best I can. I've seen two kitted Celica's in my life (this being the seocnd), the first was a very poor veilside knockoff (invader..), and this one, was, well.. put on well, but the car looked like it'd been hit a time or two. The paint was yellow (rare on a celica, I know), but was chipping and fading and wearing away a lot. I didn't get a chance to meet the owner, but left him a note on the windshield inviting him to the site. Anyways, to the kit..
The rear bumper was similar to the carcept rear, in that it had another piece below where the muffler comes out, and a second opening on the left side, for another exhaust if you had that kind of a setup. The sideskirts were like mini-supra sides, think the height of the Celica's stock sides, but with a little inlet. The front looked like splitters. Not a full bumper replacement, but somewhat similar to some of the splitters you see out there, just two pieces, one on each side (L/R). Any ideas? I really like the way the sides/rear look, it was a very nice looking kit, and I'm dying to know where he could've gotten it, didn't look like your common kit y'know. -brian |
