Well I finally went out and bought myself a new car with the insurance money from my totalled Celica ($5000). After shopping around for a few days I found a really nice '95 del Sol Si with under 90,000 miles that was painted red. I got it for $3500 and now I have $1500 to spend on the car. I'll get some pics up in a few days after I get my camera back from my friend.
Only bad thing is that the car has a giant spoiler on the back but I'll have that off by the time I get the camera back. See you guys, I enjoyed my time here and even though I didn't get another Celica, I still might lurk around here. Oh yes, and I do plan on swapping the del Sol engine to a bigger one so that I can actually get a decently fast car. |

Hey, good luck with the new car man. Dont worry what anybody says about it, you can make Del-Sol's look great. It has some excellent engine possibilities, tons of exterior options, etc...just keep it simple and clean looking and you can be sure to get (almost) anybodys respect.
