Today my friend and i were talking about HID kits, and he said that a law was just passed that made them illegal to sell by a vender,(so some one cant go and make and sell hid kits). do yall know anything about this?

They'll only be standard when the price of them drops a considerable amount. They're relatively new and still optional equipment on BMWs and stuff. You wont see them standard on alot of cars for a good 5 yrs.
The problem is that people put them in halogen housings. Where the light isnt concentrated in one spot but its all over and its blinding people. If you have a projector housing, u shouldnt have a problem because the light is cut off beyond a point. -------------------- |
