 Front strut bar, little help |

I was ran off the road in my 95 gt along time ago, so i bought the better, fully loaded 98 celica GT. But one thing caught my eye as soon as i opened the hood. My 98 didn't have a stock strut bar like my 95 did. Does anybody have any knowledge as if the jap's decided the 98 didn't need a strut bar, or do i just not have a strut bar? thanks.

cusco strut is hot to. you can get it for the front and the rear.
