 I've made it even easier for everyone to do. Ready ? Take ur control box apart, pop off the buttons. Paint the inside of the box, and inside of the buttons. Paint to use: RED : Same paint for redding your tails Candy apple red BLUE: Candy blue Spray 2 coats ... let it dry and put it back together your done Enjoy ............. No more soldering ! To provide an update on my situation, I just got everything finished and installed back into the car, and with the new bulbs, everything looks great.
 Unfortunately, the bulb inside my rear window defroster switch is out too, and my Toyota dealer can't figure out how to order just the bulb.  Also, I got rubbing alcohol on the buttons, and it discolored the black part of the buttons bigtime.
