I know i need some KYB GR-2's, where can i get those? Also what springs should i go with. GC Coilovers, Eibach sportlines, Intrax, or suspension techniques? i want the car to be as low as possible for the look with my 18's, but i don't want the scrubbing i am haveing to persist.

I agree with what Pressure said.
The Tein S-Techs are 1.4" Frt and 0.9" RR though. It all depends on your preference 98. I have the GC's on right now, thought it was the best set up for my situation living in a snowy state. I love them, but given my driving situation they're just not for me. Mainly good for autox'rs. Or ones that like hard cornering. I don't drive my car hard...I baby the thing....so with that in mind, a spring/kyb setup is right for me at this moment. If I was you, evaluate your situation. Right now since my cars hit that 102k mark I wanted something more "stockish" to my original ride. The GC's were a lot stiffer and if you're planning on getting these then your best bet is to get the Koni's to go with it. Expect that with any coilover. Spring would probably be more tolerable, in my opinion. But if you're willing to spend about $1000+, for the xtra $350 or so you can get a complete set up with JIC or Tein. So, keep budget in mind. How much are you willing to spend, and what's more accomodable for you? That should help you determine your decision. DOn't just get something just bcus it's the "best brand" out there. You gotta evaluate what's best for your situation. |
