Alright, I just want to be sure on how to do this before I go and buy the touch up paint from the dealer. I have a lot of knicks on my hood and a few spots on my car that I want to touch up and blend in w/ the rest of the car. My hood is getting freckles. I have a white car, and just wanted to know how to do touch up? Do I have to sand over the spots I want to touch up??? SHould I wax the car first to see how bad the knicks are??? I don't know, gimme some pointers for touch up.

hes exactly right, take a toothpick and use the smalled amount at a time possible. let it dry and repeat. the more small thin layers you have the better it will turnout. |
