From what I've seen, the only Toyota with real collector value is the 2000GT (particularly the convertible car built for James Bond). Really though, anything rare will be sought after, there just is not a large interest in collecting or restoring Celicas and most models were made in huge (for collectors) numbers. I've seen a couple Celica Sunchasers go up on ebay now and again for moderate prices. Kind of an interesting car, and pretty rare now it seems.
