 Exhaust Size, how big is too big? |

I was palnning on doing the 3S swap down the road and am looking to get an exhaust now. I was thinking of trying to save money and get 3" exhaust now. Course i'm worried this will just make me sound like ass and not give me the needed backpressure. So what size piping is everyone here running? Should I just go with 2.25 piping as planned?

You DO NOT NEED BACKPRESSURE!!!!! EVER!!!!
Do some reading on exhaust design and search this site for other posts. I've posted links like 5 times to information on this subject. 3" will be just fine for what you're doing. |
