is there anyway to tune a fuel management system without a dyno? wanna turbo the st but there isn't a dyno in the entire state of alaska. well not that I could find anyway. could i just get conservative numbers from someone else and use those? just run a little rich to be on the safe side?

i have an idea, buy a dyno and you would have a monopoly! the only dyno in alaska! you could charge whatever you want! whats next... world domination!??!
